Policies & Deposits

At Sweet Small Lady Creations, every order is custom-designed and reserved exclusively for your event. To provide each client with exceptional service and craftsmanship, the following policies apply.

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
• Your order is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
• The retainer is applied toward your total balance.

Payment Schedule

Payments are due according to the timeline of your event.

• Custom Orders: Full payment must be received no later than 7 days before your event date.
• Wedding Cakes & Dessert Tables: Full payment must be received no later than 21 days before your event date.
• If your order is placed after these deadlines, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Failure to make payments by the scheduled due dates may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your retainer.

Rush Orders

Orders requested within our standard booking window may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a rush fee.

Changes to Orders

Design changes may be requested before the final payment deadline. Once production begins, additional changes cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges.

Cancellations

Because every order is custom-made and materials are purchased specifically for your event, all retainers are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on availability. Approved payments may be transferred to a future event within one year.

Pick-Up & Delivery

Clients are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup or delivery. Once an order has been accepted, Sweet Small Lady Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, or weather conditions.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Custom Design Policy

Every cake and dessert is handcrafted. Inspiration photos are welcomed and used as a design reference, but no two creations will ever be identical. Each piece is uniquely created for your celebration.
